1816 Farmington Quaker Meetinghouse presents Reflections on a 50-Year Journey through Haudenosaunee Country: Major Insights Gained about the Six Nations, a free lecture at Ganondagan’s Seneca Art ad Culture Center given by historian, Laurence Hauptman. Laurence (“Haiwadogesta’, “interpreter” or “he straightens or explains the words”) is a scholar of Seneca history and SUNY New Paltz Professor Emeritus. He will talk about what he has learned from his lifelong work with Haudenosaunee history and people.
